At KUKKILO, we aim to deliver fresh, nutritious cat food right to your doorstep—fast, safe, and hassle-free. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns. Some remote or outlying areas may have longer delivery timelines or limited service availability.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Other Cities & Towns	3–5 business days
Remote Areas	5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Flat Rate Shipping

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

5. Tracking Your Order

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your order’s delivery status through our courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

Delayed: Contact us for tracking support.
Damaged or incorrect: Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at contact@kukkilo.com

We will assist you with replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders under PKR 10,000. For higher value orders, prepayment may be required for security reasons.
