Return & Refund Policy

At KUKKILO, your pet’s health and your satisfaction are our top priorities. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Product must not be expired, damaged due to misuse, or improperly stored (e.g., opened tins left unrefrigerated).

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without a valid reason for return

If your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.


How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
